For organizations that are only in the early stages of continuous improvement, the business excellence criteria may be so overwhelming that it does not meet the needs of the organization. For these organizations, Savant will assist with the adoption of the international standards for management systems - ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 - set out the methods by which a management system can be developed and documented; and facilitate a well documented quality system as the first step towards TQM and business excellence.
For organizations with an established top grade quality system, Savant professionals can become a key part of the effort of enhancing the self-sustaining internal capability to produce results while training and facilitating process improvement projects in support of organizational strategic objectives. We will advise, assist, and help train key leaders and project sponsors as Lean Six Sigma Executive Leaders/Project Sponsors. We are capable of providing local coaching and mentoring with certified Black and Green Belts.
To ensure the continuation of high quality performance from our teams, we utilize the American Society for Quality guidelines provided in ANSI/ASQ Q9004:2000 - Quality Management Systems: Guidelines for Performance Requirements. These are tailored to professional support services including: identifying quality requirements, establishing and monitoring quality performance, identifying training needs, and controlling quality data.
